How It Works

AREPO operates through a clear, controlled process, designed to guarantee verifiable quality at every stage: from the selection of the jewel to the preparation of the order, through to dispatch.

Every jewel is handled with care before delivery. Preparation times reflect the quality control applied to each order, allowing AREPO to verify materials, finishes, certification and final presentation.

THE PROCESS IN 5 STEPS

1. CHOOSE YOUR JEWEL

Explore the AREPO collection and select the piece that suits you. Each product page states the materials, the stone's characteristics, certification where applicable, available variants and indicative preparation times.

2. ORDER VERIFICATION AND CONFIRMATION

Once the order is received, AREPO verifies availability, technical characteristics and the consistency of the selected variant. For personalised orders or specific requests, the customer is contacted before confirmation.

3. QUALITY CONTROL

Before packaging, the jewel is checked against its stated specifications: material, size, finishes, stone, certification and perceived quality. Only jewels that pass this control are prepared for dispatch.

4. AREPO PACKAGING

The jewel is placed in AREPO packaging with its intended components: presentation box, product documentation, gemmological certificate where applicable and AREPO card where available. The order is then protected for shipping.

5. TRACKED SHIPPING

The order is dispatched with a tracked courier. The customer receives a tracking number to follow the progress of the delivery.

PREPARATION TIMES

Available products: approximately 2–4 working days.

Made-to-order products: approximately 10–14 working days, depending on availability and the type of jewel.

Personalisations: times to be confirmed according to the complexity of the request.

The times stated refer to order preparation. Delivery times depend on the courier and the destination.
