Personalisation
AREPO offers a personalisation service on request, designed for those who want a jewel built around a precise choice of shape, material, stone or configuration.
Personalisation is not a generic add-on: it is part of the AREPO method. Every request is assessed on the basis of technical feasibility, proportions, available materials, stone quality and the aesthetic coherence of the final result.
What can be personalised
Personalisation can be requested on several elements of the jewel.
Materials
Where technically possible, the jewel can be made in 18 kt white, yellow or rose gold.
Depending on the design, AREPO can also consider specific solutions relating to the metal, the finish and the structure of the jewel.
Sizes
Rings, bracelets, necklaces and other jewels can be assessed according to the requested size.
The possibility of modification depends on the model, the structure of the jewel and the type of setting.
Stones and diamonds
The selection of the principal stone can be assessed according to cut, carat weight, colour, clarity, proportion and certification.
On request, AREPO can propose classic diamonds, fancy diamonds and selected stones according to the design of the piece.
Special shapes and cuts
Personalisation can go beyond standard configurations.
Jewels and diamonds with particular shapes can be considered, such as hearts, symbols, animals or specific silhouettes. By way of example, shapes such as hearts, initials, personal symbols or made-to-design silhouettes can be considered.
These requests require deeper assessment, as they involve proportions, stone stability, aesthetic rendering, setting and longer production times.
Engraving
Where possible, AREPO can consider personalised engraving on selected parts of the jewel.
Feasibility depends on the material, the available dimensions, the type of surface and the characteristics of the model.
Special packaging
For particular requests, a personalisation of the packaging may also be considered, according to availability and the complexity of the project.
How the process works
1. Request
The customer sends their request to AREPO, indicating the reference product, the type of personalisation desired and any technical or aesthetic details.
2. AREPO assessment
AREPO verifies the technical feasibility of the request, the availability of materials, the coherence of the design and the possible timeframes.
3. Confirmation and quotation
AREPO informs the customer of what can be achieved, the estimated times, any price variation and the details of the personalisation.
Production proceeds only after the customer's confirmation.
4. Production
The personalised jewel is made according to the approved specifications.
Complex personalisations may require longer times than a standard jewel, particularly for special shapes, particular cuts, stones on request or configurations not present in the collection.
5. Quality control
Before packaging, the jewel is checked against the agreed specifications: material, size, stone, finish, proportion and overall quality.
6. Packaging and dispatch
The jewel is packaged in AREPO packaging and dispatched with a tracked courier.
Production times
Times vary according to the complexity of the request, the availability of materials and the type of personalisation.
Simple personalisations, such as size or metal variant, may require shorter times.
Complex personalisations — special shapes, diamonds in particular cuts, made-to-design configurations or jewels not present in the collection — require dedicated assessment and longer timeframes.
Times are communicated by AREPO before final confirmation.
